Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect your personal data, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”).
Last updated: 3 October 2026
1. Who we are
The controller of your personal data is IDEEATOR PARTENER DESIGN S.R.L., trading as PHORM, a company registered in Romania with the Trade Register under no. J2022001815173, tax identification number RO46924590.
For anything related to your data, write to office@phorm.ro or call +40 763 237 571.
2. What data we collect
- Contact form on this site: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the topic you are interested in, your message and, if you came from a product page, the model you asked about.
- Quote requests from Phorm Lab (lab.phorm.ro): the contact details above, plus the configuration of the object you designed and the files generated from it (3D model and PDF sheet).
- Email and phone conversations you start with us, and the details you share in them.
- Technical data recorded automatically by our hosting provider when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Form submissions are also checked for spam.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To answer your request and prepare an offer, at your request, before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To carry out an order: production, delivery, installation and communication about it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To meet legal obligations, mainly accounting and tax (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- To keep the site secure and free of spam, and to keep a record of our correspondence, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We will not send you newsletters or marketing messages unless you separately agree to receive them. You can withdraw any consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.
4. Who receives your data
We never sell your data. We only share it with service providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions:
- Netlify, Inc.: website hosting and form handling.
- Resend: sending the emails generated by Phorm Lab quote requests.
- Google: the email mailbox in which requests arrive.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: domain name and email routing.
When an order requires it, we also share the necessary details with our accountant, couriers or installation partners.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some of these providers are based in, or use servers in, the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep your data
- Requests that do not lead to an order: up to 2 years from our last exchange, so we can follow up on the same project.
- Orders, contracts and invoices: for the periods required by Romanian accounting and tax law.
- Technical logs: for the short periods set by our hosting provider.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent. Send your request to office@phorm.ro; we will answer within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal), B-dul G-ral Gheorghe Magheru 28–30, Sector 1, Bucharest, www.dataprotection.ro, or with the authority in the EU country where you live.
8. Cookies and local storage
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and videos are served from our own server, so visiting the site does not send your data to third-party font or video services. Phorm Lab may keep your design settings in your browser's local storage; that information stays on your device until you clear it.
9. Security
The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to requests and orders is limited to the PHORM team. The site is not aimed at children under 16.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update.
