3D concrete printing · Bucharest

Building the design of the future

Architectural objects printed in concrete by robotic arms, at the exact size your space needs.

About PHORM

A design and engineering workshop where ideas take shape through robotic manufacturing, 3D concrete printing and digital fabrication. No moulds. One object at a time, at the dimension you specify.

We work at the intersection of art, technology and fabrication. A piece starts as a drawing, a 3D model or a photograph, and leaves the workshop as a finished object, ready for the place it was drawn for.

Why printed concrete

Made for one place, not for a catalogue

01

No moulds

Every piece is printed straight from its digital model. A single object costs no more to make than the fiftieth, so one-offs stop being a luxury.

02

Free geometry

Curves, ribs, twists and waves that a mould could never release. Height, width and texture are set for your space, not chosen from a list.

03

The layer is the finish

The printed line stays visible on the surface. A soft, tactile texture that belongs to the process and cannot be cast.

How we work

From your drawing to your space

Start a project
  1. 01

    Geometry

Send a sketch, a model or a reference. We resolve it as a form that can be printed.

  2. 02

    Toolpath

Texture, layer height and structure are engineered before anything is printed.

  3. 03

    Printing

A robotic arm lays the concrete, layer by layer. Large pieces are printed in sections.

  4. 04

    Delivery

Cured, sealed, palletised and placed where the drawing said it would stand.

Online configurator

Shape your own planter in 3D, before anything is printed.

  1. 01Choose a base form and a pattern
  2. 02Set height, diameter and texture
  3. 03Send it. We print it at that exact dimension.

Have any questions?

Good to know

Where are you located?

Our workshop is in Bucharest, Romania. We deliver and install across the country, and we can ship palletised pieces further.

What's the cost of a concrete printed piece?

Every piece is priced by its size, weight and finish. Send us the dimensions, a sketch or a reference and we reply with a quote. For planters, Phorm Lab shows an indicative range while you design.

Do you work with architects?

Yes, most of our work starts with an architect, a designer or a landscape studio. We take your drawings or 3D model, check them for printing and send back the resolved geometry for approval.

Can you print large objects?

Yes. Benches, desks and long planters are printed in modular sections and assembled on site, so the size is not limited by the printer.

Who do you work with?

Architects, developers, hospitality, private residences and landscape designers. Anyone who needs an object that does not exist yet.
